During these uncertain times, we are pleased to offer a full refund for alexisny.com and Alexis NY Inc. store purchases returned within 45 days of their purchase date.

All refunds will be made to the purchaser and issued to the original form of payment except cash purchases, which will be refunded by company check. Gift recipients may receive a merchandise credit.

Items can be returned 3 days from receiving and after our inspection to make sure that pieces where returned as the original delivered.

Any merchandise purchased in a full-price Alexis NY store can be returned or exchanged at any of our full-price boutiques.

Please note: Returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt and received unaltered, unworn and in sellable condition. Some exclusions may apply. Used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective. Personalized and custom designs, as well as items from the High Jewelry and EY® Signature collections, are final sale. Due to the donations we make to our charitable partners, our pink and orange rubber bracelets are also final sale.

These purchases may be exchanged or returned following our standard methods. Please refer to the options listed above.

A refund will post to your Affirm account once we process your return. For most orders, Affirm will not charge you as long as your order is returned within 30 days of the date your order was placed. If your return is processed after 30 days, you will be charged for the interest for your loan up until the return. In the event that you return only part of your order, the amount of the merchandise that you returned, along with applicable taxes and fees, will be refunded to your Affirm account, and you will be responsible for paying off the balance with Affirm.
